How to Report Infringement

If you think content available through our Services infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to our Designated Agent with:

  • Your signature (physical or electronic).

  • Clear identification of the copyrighted work(s).

  • Details of the infringing content and where it appears.

  • A statement of good faith that the use is unauthorized.

  • Your contact details (address, phone, email).

  • A sworn statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is correct and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

What We Do Next

Once we receive a complete notice, we may:

  • Disable or remove the infringing content.

  • Notify the user who posted it.

  • End Services for users with multiple violations.

Filing a Counter-Notice

If you believe the content was wrongfully removed, you may send us a counter-notice with:

  • Your signature.

  • Identification of the removed or disabled material and its location.

  • A statement of good faith belief that the removal was a mistake.

  • Your name, address, phone, and email (if available).

  • A statement consenting to U.S. federal court jurisdiction in your district (or where TwigsyCo is located if you live abroad) and acceptance of legal service from the original complainant.

We may restore the material 10–14 days after receiving a counter-notice, unless the copyright owner takes legal action.
